"I am passionate about making a difference in individuals lives, both physically and mentally, through health and fitness. With over 13 years of experience as a competitive athlete and coach, sessions are driven by an emphasis of correct intentions and actions to maximize results. I have combined my formal education in Strength and Sport Conditioning (Canadore College, Northbay, On), with various methods of training to achieve excellent outcomes for a range of clients, including NHL (upcoming and current), OHL, MMA, track and field, football, basketball, equestrian, gymnastics and rehabilitation.
